A little about us!
Colleen Werzinski’ s career in the contract office furniture industry spans over 39 years. In the early years Colleen started her career working as a sales representative on the dealer side of the industry. Quickly mastering customer satisfaction and sales growth, her attention to detail and customer satisfaction was second to none.
In 2007 Colleen started her rep firm CW Contract Office Furnishings. Her first line was Spec Furniture, which was a natural first step as she sold Spec Furniture products as a dealer sales rep, and has been steadily growing her line package and territory in Utah, Idaho, and Montana.
In 2016, Colleen created the DBA Contract Office Furnishings. Cole Smith and Colleen became equal partners in the business, each with their own skill set to complement and amplify their business. Colleen and Cole married in 2019 and often jokes that Cole did such a great job assisting her with designs for AIS, that she married him.
Colleen enjoys hiking, gardening, music, and great adventures with her husband Cole. As a seasoned sales representative, Colleen loves what she does and feels so fortunate to serve her clients and manufacturers.
Cole Smith started his career in the contract furniture industry in the early 80's in his home state of Minnesota, where he excelled in both the wholesale and dealer side of the industry winning company awards along the way. After 25+ years in Minnesota he moved out to Colorado, working as the western region furniture manager in the wholesale furniture business. In that capacity he created designs and specifications for large furniture projects for furniture dealers in the territory, again winning multiple company awards for his commitment and sales growth.
As he worked with dealers throughout the west, he met this Utah girl, Colleen Werzinski, and the rest, as they say. is history! Colleen was an independent representative for several furniture manufacturers, and her reputation in the industry was absolutely stellar, and she was known as the most responsive and hard-working rep in the market. Those were traits that she and Cole shared, so after dating for a few years, Cole joined her as a partner in her rep firm. They were married in 2019, and have been know as the "Dynamic Duo" ever since!
Cole loves music and enjoys going to several concerts a year with Colleen. And on occasion he will get on stage with his guitar and do a number or two! He and Colleen love traveling and enjoying adventures together, along with enjoying time with their 7 grandkids whenever they can.
